Seymour AV was founded to bring unique audiophile-focused solutions with premium components to the audio/video market at factory-direct prices. We focus on delivering top quality bang for the buck by minimizing or eliminating the overhead you, the customer, aren't interested in paying us for, like chairs or water (update: we just purchased a chair but we had a coupon.) We quickly answer questions and send samples. If it's not what you expected, we'll do what it takes to make it perfect. Don't worry about being less than smiling from your purchase. We’ll treat you like you’re our only customer, just not in a desperate, creepy kind of way.
All of our product is manufactured to order in Ames, Iowa.
Cancellation
Any order can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed by contacting us by email or phone. If you have not received a confirmation email with a tracking number, we likely have not yet shipped the product, and you can easily cancel your order by contacting us. If we have shipped the product and you want to cancel, just contact us to arrange a return.
Returns
If there is any problem with the product you received, or if you are unsatisfied with the purchase, Seymour AV will accept returns of any product within 30 days after receipt. A full refund of the purchase price and original shipping charges will be refunded to you, provided that the product has not been abused. The product must have an authorization number on the outside of the box, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The refund will be issued after inspection.
Upgrades
If you're interested in applying any purchase towards something bigger or better, you have one year to return your purchase to us for credit towards something more expensive.
